You will be presented with menu options designed to direct your call to a help-desk agent best prepared to assist you with your problem.

Should you choose to remain on the line, the system will keep you on hold for 15 minutes before placing you into voicemail automatically.

You will be presented with the option to Press 9* to be placed into a highest priority queue for urgent issues such as: multiple registers down; Drive Thru down; or, complete system failure.

*Please respect the fact that this option is provided to expedite service to those experiencing half or more of their system down.

Voicemail Solution

You also have the option of pressing 1 to leave a voicemail at any time during your call. We encourage you to leave a voicemail to hold your place in the queue.

As calls come in during high traffic periods, the system queues all calls and voicemail in the order that they were received. Your voicemail will be assigned to an agent, in the order it came in, just as a call is.

By hanging up and calling back, you are unfortunately considered a new call in the queue, and lose the place you had in line.
